The Atwood residence is located in a privileged site atop the Sausalito hills, with spectacular views of San Francisco.
Built in 1948, the new owner sought to expand the space, renovate the interiors and add a new floor.
The result of this project was to upgrade the residence into a three levels mid-century modern home where the exterior of the residence is stylishly connected with the interior via large terraces and windows. These improvements have created a harmonious and charming living space using architectural materials like wood, natural stone or concrete in different elements of the property.
As a Senior Interior Designer, I was part of this project from the scratch to the end, working really close with architects, PM and contractors.
